Tim Webb, Author of BreathforSuccess

Tim is a fitness instructor and martial arts instructor. He has a Degree in English Literature and Sport And Exercise Sciences from the University Of Gloucester. He has many years experience in teaching martial arts and fitness and encouraging people to look for alternative ways to increase their levels of health and fitness.

As a black belt instructor in Tai Jutsu Kai Ju Jutsu Tim has competed at club, regional, and national level and holds multiple titles in Ju Jutsu Kumite. He also holds a great interest in the breathing exercises that are associated with the martial arts and the old time fitness pioneers.

Having become ill a number of years ago Tim reassessed the way he trained and began focusing internally to improve his health. This was the catalyst for Tim to write his BreathForSuccess e-book and to begin sharing his methods of training with others via his weekly messages.

Tim loves to help people to start improving their fitness levels, often with breathing exercises, as he feels the breath can act as a starting point for improvements in all areas of life.

He currently lives with his family in Worcestershire, England.
