FIRST IMPRESSIONS
When you first visit Guans site it is obvious he has put a lot into his product. There is a lot to take in and also he backs up claims with data which is often missing when it comes to proving that breathing based systems are
actually beneficial.
It is obvious that Guan is passionate about Tai Chi and really believes it can benefit
anyone who will learn the basics.
Also, he provides a free breathing test to visitors to his site. This alone is good as it costs nothing and is easy to access.
So, my first impressions were very positive!
WHO IS THIS FOR? This is an e-book for anyone who has an interest in Tai Chi, breathing exercises, and who wants to learn something structured and steeped in history.
Many people who I speak to want to learn a structured, easy to understand, breathing system and this is a great place to start in my opinion.
If you are the type of person who doesn’t actually want to go to a
class of Tai Chi but does want to learn in their own time, alone, then this is a wonderful vehicle that allows this to happen.
Tai Chi Breathing is also for the person who does not wish to pursue the standard methods of becoming healthier, such as going to the gym or taking exercise classes. Guans method really does focus on health as opposed to aesthetic considerations and as such can be viewed as a system for absolutely anyone to try.
No, it won’t make you look ‘buff, building huge muscles, but obviously that is not what this is about. If you are hunting for external physical improvement and a ‘six pack’ please look somewhere else!
WEAKNESSES/CRITICISMS A slight criticism is that many people who I have already mentioned the product to say that Guan does not look in great shape and yet he is promoting a health product.
Guan actually mentions this himself on his website. My take on it is along the same lines as Guan himself as it happens.
His e-book has nothing to do with weight loss but is instead aimed at
feeling healthy! I totally agree with this sentiment as I work with many clients who begin exercising gently, do
not actually change physical appearance, and yet begin to feel awesome!
This highlights the importance of health over appearance. I know many people who have a ‘ripped’ physique and yet are regularly ill. The bottom line is do not let Guans appearance fool you.
CONCLUSION Overall this is a product I thoroughly recommend to all those people who have an interest in breathing, Tai Chi, and developing
internal health.
The techniques that Guan teaches are a wonderful vehicle to help relieve some of the most common (and dangerous) afflictions that regularly affect the health of many people today. If you are looking to help eliminate (or at least control) stress, anxiety, and high blood pressure you really owe it to yourself to check this e-book out.
The cost is quite reasonable as well as the Basic Tai Chi Breathing is just $27.

These are all I'm doing with thi-chi energy. I was tried some medatation techniques before. I was testing them and remove some. I used thi-chi technique in my basketball games and snooker games. Means response and recieve from rival. The result were good for me to improve my whole skill.
Sometime I used Thi-chi with metta technique.
Look over thinking, but I was testing it.Result are good.At last, Thank you for

I think your book is excellent. Not only does it talk about breathing, bit it even goes to the extent of detialing
specific instructions for elderly people and pregnant
people. This is excellent! The summary at the end is
very good and sums everything up very well. From the
point of view of our members, we are using the summary
pages as a form of instruction. We use the text of the
e-book as an instructional guide during our Tai Chi
sessions. Very worthwhile read!
