Discipline Your Thinking Processes
Your brain controls your thoughts, so whenever you feel a bout of worrying coming along, signal a big 'stop' sign and replace those gloomy thoughts quickly with something more positive.

Be Optimistic
Being pessimistic is one of the main causes of worrying. Instead of thinking the worst, hope for the best. Keeping a positive attitude can improve so much, and prevent bouts of worrying. But keep a level head, you need to be prepared for the worst in case it does happen, so identify that, how likely it is and accept it, then work towards hoping for better.
