FIRST IMPRESSIONS
When I first signed up to Matt’s free e-course, I have to admit, I did not try any of the meditation-based exercises from it straight away, as I was so busy. Also, I did initially question if I could learn anything new. After all, my own product has in it meditation based exercises, so while I was interested it took me a while to get around to actually using the information he provided.
Well, when I actually got around to taking action and using the information I was glad I did let me tell you!
I was impressed. And if you know about my collection of personal development and health related material - all the books and tapes I've built up over the years - you'll appreciate that's saying something! Matt gives you many different meditation techniques so you can find that one that resonates with you personally.
An exercise that struck a chord with me was one whereby physical tension is created in a body-part and then followed by relaxation. This is a technique that leaves a person feeling less tense and more relaxed. In terms of access (and understanding) such techniques rate highly and so this practical edge immediately warmed me to his teaching style.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR? Well, it provides a comprehensive introduction for anyone interested in meditation, breathing, energy work and manifestation. It can help anyone who is suffering from stress, anxiety, or depression as well as those individuals who have an interest in self-growth and personal development.
It is such a far-reaching subject but Matt presents it in a clear fashion so that pretty much anyone can read what he has to say and apply it quite fast. I know from speaking to many people on the subject of meditation that they are often put off by the word itself, conjuring up as it does images of solitude and painful hours of contemplation!
Matt eliminates this cliché surrounding meditation by presenting the reader with easy to understand information on the subject that really does highlight how useful it can be in a person’s life.
WEAKNESSES? Meditation, even though it can be used by nearly anyone, does require patience. This being the case (and while it is not necessarily a direct criticism of Matt’s product but more a general observation of meditation and deep breathing exercises as a whole) you need to be willing to give a little of your precious time to incorporate his teachings into your daily routine.
Yes, they will benefit you, but they are not magic! Like anything worth having you need to allow yourself a few minutes each and every day to use the information.
Apply what he teaches, then feel the benefits!
CONCLUSION A great element for me about Matt’s e-course was that he did not send loads of information at once and, if you’re anything like me, you suffer from information overload and take in nothing at all!
It is segmented so you can read one message, apply it (there’s that word again!), and then when you have experienced its benefits you’ll have another meditation-based technique in your arsenal before the next one arrives.
Practicality is key for me (as many of you will know who have read my articles and e-book!). I think it is important to be able to apply techniques so they can help people in everyday life who are busy and yet still desire more peace of mind and health. Matt succeeds in this as well.
